Event Planning

This is the main client Event Planning screen.

As you can see full client and event details are included. Infact every detail about your event is shared.

Add-on options, payments, and personal notes.

Payments are process through Stripe.

 

 

Generate your own personal playlists. Simply type just part of the song title, then select the song.

You have full control over the guest playlist too.

The Documents tab is provided for easy download and printing of event PDF documents.

For example: Public Liability, PAT Electrical Safety Tests, Your Contract, and Receipts.

Photos and songs may also be uploaded. File formats include MP3, M4a, Flac, Jpg, Png, Tif, and PDF.

This provides a simple service to our clients rather than 3rd party services such as We Transfere.

Security

The client portal is secure. All password are saved as a 256bit hash – Even we can’t see your password – Just a garbled bunch of characters.

The Event Planning Portal does not store cookies. However Javascript is required

Payment are process through Stripe, who are a world leader with internet payments.
We no longer see the need for PayPal, because to open a PayPal account you have to assign a payment card to the account.

We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, again processed through Stripe.

The Event Planning page contains essential information about your party. Sadly without basic event information we (like many other DJs) will struggle to provide a smooth evening.

Some questions on your planner will not apply, however we reccomend completing the questions appropiate for your event.
