You will be able to choose any one of the following four options if you need to cancel your booking because UK government Covid-19 health measures state it is unlawful for your event to go ahead.

We will refund the full amount you have paid for your booking.
✔ Transfer to a later date
Subject to availability, we will move your booking to a later date or new venue with no admin fees.
All updates are viewable via your client portal, giving you added flexibility and peace of mind.

Book Advance Disco With Confidence
✔ Choose A Voucher
You can request a voucher for the amount you have paid for your booking. You can then use the voucher towards a different event in the future.
✔ Friend or Charity
You can even pass the amount you have paid to a friend or let us donate it to the Alzheimer's Society via the Mental Health Foundation.
Our Covid-19 cancellation policy will not apply if the UK Government's roadmap for lifting Covid-19 restrictions allows (music at) private events to go ahead.
