Carlisle has many great venues to host your wedding or party. Like the Halston Hotel is our favourite which has amazing atmospheric down lighting, or the Crown and Mitre Hotel, which is larger with a balcony.
The Halston has a sound limiter set to 90db, whilst the Crown and Mitre will ask you to reduce the volume around 23:00hrs. Both venues are in the city centre.The Crown & Mitre has a 5-metre-high ceiling which, rather than affecting the acoustics, helps amplify the sound.
Other venues include Tullie House, and the Harraby Catholic Club which has recently been renovated.

The Advance Disco Gold is an all inclusive disco. Designed for elegant weddings with various creative options included.
- We allow your wedding guests to upload their wedding day photos, and we then display then on our big screen.
- Music videos are played to create a visual backdrop.
- First Dance Cam - Offering live video coverage of your unforgettable bridal dance.
- Special dances (via your planning) for the First dance, Last dance, Father and Daughter dance, and Bridesmaid choices.
The included large video screen or large TV can be used for showcasing childhood photos during your Father & Daughter Dance.
